CSE Properties Rental Procedure, Terms & Conditions

Reservations
Reservations can be made using our booking form, email or telephone and are subject to availability. Minimum period of stay is for one day. Extra days are prorated against the weekly rate. There is no maximum length of stay. If you plan to stay for one month or longer please inquire. Your stay can start on any day of the week.

Special Requests
If you have any special requirements or requests please make sure these are detailed on your inquiry sheet. It may not be possible to meet all requests and some requirements cannot be guaranteed. Your confirmation-booking sheet will give details. Additional items such as cots, high chairs and rollaway beds may be hired. These can be reserved at the time of booking.

Payment
A security deposit is due upon booking. One half fees deposit is due one month prior to your arrival date. Balance is due upon your arrival.

Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee
Any security deposit collected will be returned vial mail after cleaning and inventory is taken. Cleaning fee for all our rental homes is $125 USD
